3. Full payment is required when scheduling appointments and purchasing my packages. I do not refund packages after you have agreed to the terms.

4. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours' notice. I will allow a brief period to lapse between package sessions, but my programs are designed to work best within the agreed-upon time frame.
