Although a passion of mine is offering solutions for menopausal fat loss, I look at you as an individual, no matter what your age, male or female. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, functional nutritionists aim to identify and address the underlying causes of health issues, often through diet and lifestyle changes.
Labs are not required to work with me. Lab testing is a valuable tool and often used to gain a deeper understanding of your physiology and helps me tailor your nutrition plan, but we can go far in your healing using foundational diet and lifestyle hacks!
It really depends on what you are working toward and how long you've been struggling with your health. I never push a protocol or program on anyone; we work together to best serve your needs. Your process is your own and I'm here to guide you to BETTER!
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or have a medical condition, it's important to discuss these conditions with your doctor before proceeding with any peptide therapy. Since peptides are pure amino acids, the body easily breaks them down and there are few adverse reactions.
There's no single "best" peptide therapy method (cream, capsules, nasal sprays, or injectables) as the ideal approach depends on the specific peptide, the intended use, and individual needs and preferences.
We will discuss this in your Jumpstart Session, where we evaluate the best program for you. Think of peptide therapy as a tool to mastering your metabolism. Peptide Therapy and Metabolic Mastery can be done at the same time, as they pair well together, yet they are not required to enjoy the success that you are looking for.
While everyone is unique and has different obstacles, a typical result is a loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week, which translates to roughly 4 to 8 pounds per month. But again, it is very dependant on you. My goal is to make your fat loss sustainable so you are never burdened by extra weight again.
